How RFQ contact details, specifications and customer drawings are used and stored.
Information we collect
An RFQ may include your contact name, company, phone/WeChat/WhatsApp, material, dimensions, quantity, tolerance, finish, delivery requirements and uploaded drawings or images.
How we use it
- Review material and processing requirements;
- Evaluate material cost, nesting, feasibility and lead time;
- Reply to the RFQ or request missing technical details;
- Support production, inspection, packaging and delivery after order confirmation.
Drawings and attachments
Uploaded files are stored in a non-public server directory without a public download URL. We do not publish customer drawings, customer names or sensitive dimensions as website cases or promotional content without permission.
Security and retention
The RFQ service limits file types, file size and submission frequency and keeps backups of inquiry records. Necessary technical access information may be retained for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Business records are retained as needed for RFQ, order and after-sales work.
