We are a compact titanium materials and processing team in Chang'an, Dongguan, focused on practical delivery rather than exaggerated capability claims.
WHAT WE DO
Titanium supply + practical sheet processing
Core materials include TC4, TA1 and TA2. We support cut-to-size sheet, thin-sheet laser cutting, titanium bar saw cutting and selected finishing processes.
3000W Laser
Thin-sheet contours, holes, slots, discs, solder shields and flat parts.
Saw Machine
Material preparation and titanium bar cutting to order length.
6050 Sandblasting
Surface treatment reviewed according to part geometry and finish requirement.
Magnetic Polishing
Edge and surface treatment for suitable small parts.
Hand Brushing
Brushed surface treatment where applicable.
Surface Grinding
Selected flat-surface and edge treatment; not a substitute for precision CNC machining.
How we quote: Send material grade, dimensions, quantity, drawing, tolerance and surface requirements. We review the actual process before confirming price and lead time. Complex 3D machining or special processes are handled separately after review.
